  • Welcome Drinks:

    Cocktail Attire. Elevated but fun! Chic, colorful dresses for women and sport coats or linen suits for men.

    Wedding:

    Black Tie Attire. Floor-length gowns for women and tuxedos or dark suits with a tie for men.

    Ceremony outdoors, dinner and dancing inside. Please plan for some walking and wear comfortable shoes!

  • August in Healdsburg is peak wine-country season — warm, sunny days and cool, comfortable evenings. Historically, highs are around 84°F and lows around 55°F, with almost no rain.


    Our ceremony and dinner will be outdoors, so plan for sunshine and some heat during the early evening and cooler weather as the night goes on.

  • We’ve reserved a room block at Montage Healdsburg for our wedding weekend. When booking, the first night plus tax will be charged at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance charged on July 8th.

    The room block rate is available to book online for Thursday- Sunday. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, you can call the hotel after booking to extend your stay with honored pricing.

    Suites (Vineyard Studio) will be available for booking if you’re looking for a larger room that can fit up to 4 people. The suites include 1 King bed and 1 Queen Sofa.

    Please note: reservations may be cancelled or changed until 5:00 PM local time on July 8, 2026 for a full refund. After that time, the first night’s deposit and remaining balance are non-refundable.

  • Healdsburg is a little town in Northern California’s Sonoma wine country, about 90 minutes north of San Francisco.

  • We recommend staying in Healdsburg to make the most of the weekend! We have a room block at Montage Healdsburg where the wedding will be.

    Transportation will also be provided to and from all wedding events from Hotel Trio and Dry Creek Inn.

    If you’d prefer something a little more boutique, there are plenty of bed & breakfasts and inns near the town square, all just a short drive from the venue.

  • Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We’d love for you to arrive around 5:00 PM to enjoy a pre-ceremony cocktail and mingle before we begin.

    Guests will be seated at 5:30 for a short and sweet ceremony (about 30 minutes). Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow.

  • Yes! Guests staying at the Montage will be able to walk or golf cart to all events. The hotel also offers complimentary car services into town. Valet parking is available as well.

    We will have shuttles running throughout the night from Hotel Trio & Dry Creek Inn. More details will be available on the Shuttles Tab as we get closer to the event.
