Departure Times

  • 4:45 PM- for rehearsal dinner guests

  • 5:00 PM- for rehearsal dinner guests

  • 5:15 PM- for wedding party

  • 7:45 PM- for all guests

  • 8:00 PM- for all guests

Return Transportation
Continuous shuttle service will be available between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM, with buses looping between appellation and Montage as needed.

Saturday, August 8

Wedding Day Transportation

Shuttles will depart promptly at 5:15 PM from the following hotels:

  • Hotel Trio – 5:15 PM

  • Dry Creek Inn – 5:15 PM

Return Shuttles

  • 11:00 PM

  • 12:00 AM

  • 1:00 AM

Please be in the hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before departure.
